Class Details

AIR HOOPS is an introductory course, inspired by circus performances and performed partially or totally in the air with the help of steel hoops (called Air Hoop), with a diameter of 90 cm and suspended at heights between 100 -150 cm.

By combining postures and choreographies specific to acrobatic gymnastics in the air with cardio exercises, performed on the ground and with whole body mobility positions, taken from yoga, AIR HOOPS will become your intense and weekly dose of enthusiasm, adrenaline and physical transformation. No prior experience required.
