The trademark postures of Air Yoga are the inversions, which are upside-down postures with special therapeutic effects, especially for the lower spine. Also, Air Yoga is an excellent practice for developing mobility, balance and toning the whole body in a new, creative way. The postures and exercises performed during the Air Yoga course are built in layers, from easy to complex, so that regardless of your level of training, you will be able to perform them and progress.
