Ashtanga yoga is a traditional spiritual practice. It requires dedication and surrender. In exchange, it brings health to the entire body, steadies the mind and clears away confusion. I enjoy sharing from my Ashtanga experience and from what I learn under the guidance of my teachers and my extended studies.
My program starts with a 60-minute practice of the Ashtanga Yoga 1/2 Primary Series where you will first learn the sequence. Then, you will learn to practice the sequence by flowing to the rhythm of your breath and meditating in motion. My desire is to help you see the magic of the traditional Ashtanga yoga method and I fall in love with it just like I have!
