Dynamic Vinyasa Flow is a strong and complete practice that is designed to work your entire body by focusing on static and dynamic movements.
Throughout the class, we will flow though series of asanas with a strong emphasis on alignment and breath.
This practice will include a little bit of everything: sun salutation, standing postures, twists, forward folds, core strengthening work and backward bending. We will also sometimes play with arm balances and inversion.
Always concluding with nice cooling down and savasana.
