Class Details

By blending movement with breath and relaxation, we calm down the nervous system. When the mind manifests from a state of calm, we find our inner and outer balance.

The practice is designed to cater all levels, beginner to advanced, and, even though we challenge ourselves a little bit, we always work with respect to our body’s needs and limits.

Never worry that you are not flexible or strong enough, that’s where yoga will help you.
