Power Yoga

Class Details

Power Yoga is an Ashtanga inspired concept, it has many of the same qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction and energy balancing.

We will be practicing asanas synchronized with our breath, which will build a rigorous yet beautiful vinyasa class. This class will prepare you for more advanced yoga postures. You should expect to sweat sometimes, too!
