A class designed to release, rewire and restore our body, mind and soul to a state of well-being.

In a holistic approach we will go through gentle hatha yoga poses, infused with elements of yin yoga and mindfulness, sound healing, body scanning and somatic awareness, to release physical, emotional and mental tensions and blockages, to restore body posture, increase flexibility, improve sleep quality, stress resilience and and stress relief, fatigue, anxiety, calm the mind, soothe our soul and reconnect with our authentic self.
