Class Details
A yoga class specially created to bring the body strength and power to support us in everyday activities.
Yoga postures, special sequences designed to incorporate the strength part in a gentle perspective, to which we add appropriate breathing techniques so that we create the ideal connection between movement and all the body’s systems and functions.
Confidence comes with every minute spent with you on the yoga mat, because yes, you will be pleasantly surprised at every session.
At the end we include the relaxation part to let the energy settle where the body needs it.
