Class Details
A class for our positive, tonic and refreshing mornings, through which we will joyfully celebrate the opening of a new day with basic asanas and fusion elements of hatha and vinyasa yoga. While synchronizing the breath with the movement of the body, we will go through a centering practice, warm-ups, followed by gentle flows to pleasantly awaken the entire body, preparing us for a new day. We will focus on reconnecting the mind with the physical body, improving mobility and flexibility, concentration, inner strength and the joy of being, here and now.
