Yoga Flow and Relaxation

Class Details

Yoga flow is a style of yoga where we move dynamically from one posture into another. With each breath we will flow into standing balance postures, warriors and other wonderful postures creating a beautiful choreographed sequence.

The flowing movements may be combined with some longer holds of certain postures.

At the end we will let the practice to go deeply into our bodies with a lovely guided relaxation.
