Class Details

The mindfulness concept is a very modern and traditional one in the same time, totally necessary in today`s world, in the stress of the big cities, in the middle of the tragic events we get to hear about and of the crazy fast rhythm of life we are experiencing.

Practicing Yoga, which includes meditation, breathing exercises and postures helps us reconnect with ourselves, to move the attention from outside to inside, so that we obtain clarity in regards to what is truly important for us right now.

During this class we will practice and incorporate useful tools to be able to approach the stress in our life in a much more detached, objective and relaxed way.

We shall focus on calming our anxieties, worries and restless mind, reconnecting to our own energy source, which is always available to us.
