Class Details

This one hour yoga class will help you establish your current priorities and intentions and channel your energy in the present moment. We will practice a series of postures which will open our hearts, hips and minds, so that we can reach a higher energy level in our daily life and enjoy life and the beauty of it. We shall practice breathing and relaxation techniques which will guide us towards a balanced and positive state of mind.

This class is for all yoga practitioners, whether you are for the first time in a yoga class or you have been doing it for quite a while.
