Although she comes from the corporate environment, her first love, sport, has never disappear.
Six years ago, she worked as a personal instructor for one of the country’s best-known fitness centers, and after about a year, she chose to start her life in the corporate environment without giving up her daily workouts.
Two years ago she discovered yoga, a new type of workout for her, taking into consideration her energy and dynamism. Soon, she realized that it was actually what she needed in order to create the perfect balance for her workouts and also in everyday life. She chose to deepen her knowledge in this area and she attended the 200H Yoga Alliance instructor certification at Scandinavia Fitness School.
With yoga, she learned to enjoy the present, to listen to her inner voice, and last but not least to live in a very creative and joyful way.
For her the yoga mat is the place where we can detach from the outside and we can be with ourselves in a conscious and profound way.
The joy of teaching can be observed by the pleasant way of teaching classes, classes that are created by combining different breathing techniques, dynamic or relaxing postures and also guided meditation.
