A lot of people think you have to be super flexible or sporty to practice yoga. I am neither. But I love yoga because it teaches me every day to stay in touch with who I am. And I love to guide other people to discover that as well.
Magda is a 200 TTH Yoga instructor trained at the Fitness Scandinavia School. She has been interested in yoga since 2017, but it was during the 2020 lockdown that she realized the benefits of everyday practice exceed the physical body. She has since explored several routes of personal development, through psychology, yoga, meditation and alternative healing practices. Many of the concepts she encounters on her journey to self-love and appreciation are embedded into the practice, such as breathing or calming the nervous system techniques, journaling, affirmations or invitations to reflect upon certain themes. As a result, her classes are rather a holistic take on healing through movement, cultivating presence and spirituality.
When she’s not on the mat, Magda is a communication specialist, an avid reader and passionate traveler. She loves European cinema, avocado and is interested in healthy, clean dieting. Although she always thought of herself as a dog person, she now has a cat who stole her heart.
