He was a vice champion 800m in Dakar in 2002 and practiced judo from 20 to 24 years. He did not choose to do sports, but in Africa if you do not do sports or dance, you are not integrated into the community. It’s normal. In Romania he obtained accreditation of Fitness instructor and Aerobics instructor. His certifications include the Pilates and the Procedos workshop he attended at Scandinavia Fitness School. In 2019 he became the first Bungee Super Fly trainer in Romania, a course made in Amsterdam. The direction it addresses in sport tends more towards mobility, posture and stability. Afro aerobics is the concept he created in 2012. It’s a way of training through dance that performs with songs from Africa and with African-American influences. It has an aerobic logic combined with movements from functional training with body weight. In a dance atmosphere we manage to train very effectively to feel good after each class.
